• Provide hands-on Strategic Impact Training to selected members of the client
innovation team to help them streamline the process for executing key
ideas.
• Conduct periodic Innovation Training Workshops to infuse
new thinking into the organization, drive the impact of new programs,
and improve cross-functional collaboration.
• Act as an
“Innovation Advocate” to help client-side innovators generate momentum
for their ideas and reduce the cycle time for problem resolution. |

• Establish a formal innovation process in the client’s organization
to move ideas from concept to launch.
– Capture innovative ideas throughout the organization
– Tap into the latent talent and skill of client-side innovators
– Help innovators connect to ideas
– Respond to innovation queries within the organization
– Identify innovation road blocks and obstacles
– Provide a framework to move ideas forward
• Identify appropriate tools to facilitate the innovation process.
• Lead a Senior Innovation Task Force.
– Evaluate innovative pilots and prototypes
– Prioritize high impact initiatives
– Provide client-side innovation lead with guidance and support to shape the culture of innovation
• Provide access to extensive innovation resources (e.g. articles,
case studies, guest lecturers, and access to a panel of innovation
experts) to create momentum for innovators.
